It was inset day (teacher training) yesterday, so we headed to the Natural History Museum. The boys don't have a particularly long attention span at museums, if it starts to feel like a chore, they switch off - understandably. So we decided not to put any pressure on ourselves, it didn't matter if it was a flying visit, we would just see the dinosaurs.
Well, we were right. The interest lasted about 45 minutes. But Gus's little wow moment when we first walked in and saw the enormous dinosaur skeleton in the main hall was worth it. And that building is SO beautiful.

That last pic is brilliant! I would like to take the kids there one day, Im sure Archie would love to see the dinosaurs - though probably not for long either! x
